The villa Kaioa has been laid out for you to feel at home: with contemporary transparent furnishings in the living room, but more traditional and intimate in the bedrooms, always convivial!

Open to the outside and the terrace and garden, so that you can make the most of every moment of good weather, Kaioa is a cosy shelter in winter, or in the fresher Autumn evenings…..

In Kaioa, you are a special guest. When you arrive, the villa is ready to welcome you. Books, records or DVDs are at your disposal. Guidebooks or tourist information brochures will help you to organise your holidays and your visits in the Basque Country.

If you wish, we can go shopping for you or have your evening meal ready for you when you arrive.
